Jerry’s role is to keep the project moving, make sound decisions in real time, and ensure the work stays aligned with the overall plan. Aimee oversees the operational and client-facing side of every JLC project, bringing structure, clarity, and continuity from start to finish. She manages communication, logistics, budgeting, scheduling, and project flow, while also helping clients navigate design decisions and selections. Aimee’s role is to connect the details—both practical and aesthetic—so projects stay organized, decisions are intentional, and clients feel supported throughout the process. Her approach is grounded, direct, and people-centered.
