JLC was founded in 1988 on a simple belief:

After decades in the trades, Jerry saw too many projects unravel—poor communication, shifting timelines, unclear costs. He knew there was a better way to run a remodeling company.

Together, Jerry and Aimee built JLC around a set of values that still guide every project today:
